Start simply and add a little more for yourself everyday. So today’s resolve to drink more water. Start by drinking one or two glasses of water when you first wake up. Try to drink one glass before and after each meal.. There is no need to add more of anything extra to your daily routine at this point.
That’s all I have for today. It seems small to start with a little water, but even small changes will make a difference. If you start hard you will give up quick. Remember this, most alcoholic start with one beer.
